Physio In Your Pocket: Medial elbow pain with kettlebells

Medial epicondylitis, or pain to the inside of your elbow, is extremely common when training with kettlebells or working with steel clubs. As you rehab this injury, it is important to include sport-specific exercises to safely progress back to your pre-injury level of training.

Here Coach Dave Anderka talks about late stage rehab/ return to sport exercises for medial elbow pain in kettlebell athletes. Though these exercises are designed for kettlebell athletes, they are also applicable to CrossFit and weightlifting.

Remember these are later stage rehab exercises, so check out my video on early rehab exercises for medial elbow pain if you are just getting started.
