WHAT TO EXECPT FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT……

The day of the appointment you will receive an email from Jane App with a link to access the video conference portal (NOTE: if you cannot find the email please check your junk folder). The email will have a blute button that says Begin. Please use a Chrome browser to do this.

From here, you will be prompted to allow the program audio and video access. If you are using a phone or tablet you will be prompt to download an app. Once the app is downloaded, go back to your same original email and click the same link, it will place you into the call. It is recommenced to try these steps 5-10 minutes before your appointment to ensure everything is working as expected.
